Nippon Steel had the opportunity to hold discussions with the Thai government, which expressed strong support for its continued investment in Thailand. Both sides discussed strengthening the steel industry through a green transition, including electric arc furnace (EAF) adoption, enhancing trade measures to protect local producers, and promoting recycling and the circular economy to boost long-term industrial competitiveness.
